CONSULTATION PACKAGES

In-Home Consultation: $150/ Consultation Fee (to be applied to your overall design budget)

Product Shopping: $30 per hour

In Home Design & Staging Services: $75 per hour

Furniture Painting & Custom Pieces: varies depending on piece

Option #1:

Full Service Design
why this option? - this is the best option for a client who wants to start fresh from the beginning and desires to bring in new items to create a brand new space.

Step 1: In-Home Consultation - Simply Ciani Interiors visits your home 
for a one time, $150 Consultation Fee
This fee includes: measurements of room(s) for window treatments and furniture layouts, 
pictures of room(s) for documentation, consultation of design style & direction, discussion of budget & items desired for room(s).

Step 2: One week (7 business days) after initial consultation, Simply Ciani Interiors will provide a design plan and layout based upon the information discussed at the first meeting. If the design plan meets the client's standards, then the client is to provide a 50% deposit upon approval of design process.

Step 3: Let the shopping begin! Clients are welcome and encouraged to join on shopping trips, but it is not required. 

Option #2:

The Re-purposed Home
why this option? - this is the best option for a client who has items in their home that they already love, but maybe need help finding the right layout, or way to display the items that they already have within their home in a better way.

Step 1: In-Home Consultation - Simply Ciani Interiors visits your home
for a one time, $150 Consultation Fee
This fee includes: measurements of room(s) for furniture layouts, pictures of room(s) for documentation, consultation of design style & direction, discussion of budget, discussion of items to be used, re-purposed or re-finished in the room(s).

Step 2: One week (7 business days) after initial consultation, Simply Ciani Interiors will provide a design plan & furniture layout along with a suggested list of projects to be done to existing decor items and furniture (if needed)

Step 3: De-clutter & Re-design - this is where the client digs their hands in! Along with the help of a design consultant from Blue Barn Interiors, the objective is to organize, de-clutter and re-arrange items in the client's home to their specifications, giving them the design style and look that they want with spending little to no money.

Step 4: After everything has been cleared out and items have been pit back into place in the desired layout, if the client specifies, shopping for new/ re-purposed items for the room(s) will take place and will be added to the finished design
